Welcome to Veracity AV

Veracity comes from the Latin word ‘veracitas’ which means to convey the truth. At Veracity AV our goal is to always convey the truth to our clients in the following ways:

  1. Honest Communication– Above all we strive to present you with an accurate, upfront analysis of your systems and help you explore and understand all of your options. We are not dealers of any particular brands and we only recommend products that will be the most effective for your unique setup.
  2. Fair Business Practices– We will always give you a written estimate before beginning any work and go over the details with you. We do not switch and bait, build in hidden fees, our charge extravagant prices for things like designer cables. No job is constrained by maximum time limits; if it takes longer than expected, doing the job right is more important than rushing through it and cutting corners.
  3. Audio & Video Performance– No matter what, we want to leave your system with a picture and sound that is optimized to conform to fact or truth. We want to squeeze out every last bit of performance possible to make your listening and viewing experience what it was intended to be.

Whether it’s a basic TV setup, wall mount, or a custom home theater room, the key to getting the best performance and enjoyment is buying the right equipment and making sure it is setup correctly. What good is the latest and greatest top-of-the-line HDTV if it doesn’t sound right or the picture is distorted?  Veracity AV will provide you with honest  advice and make sure your equipment is set up correctly.
